2. Approval of minutes from June 2, 2021, meeting

3. Approve or Disapprove Architectural Change Application

a. 10 Heritage Hills Court – Paint house yellow color (sample provided)

b. 18644 Queen Elizabeth Court – Paint house dark gray color (sample provided)

c. 3004 Quail Hollow Terrace – Remove rotted fence, replace with flat board privacy fence

d. 19000 Gold Mine Place – Install solar panels

e. 18636 Tanterra Way - Installation of white double hung windows

f. 3313 Gold Mine Road – Paint house hunter green and trim dark brown color (drawings provided)

g. 3401 Tanterra Circle - Remove old broken split post fence and replace with tan 6-foot vinyl fence around property line. Add two gates, one on each side of the house.

4. Approve or Disapprove Violation Response to 2021 Inspection

a. #179 on the 2021 Master Inspection List – Requesting a 2-Month Extension Request (Replacement of back fence from violation notice)

b. #183 on 2021 Master Inspection list – requesting 90 days to repair and paint/stain balcony.  Homeowner will complete the request prior to putting house on the market.
