a. 18621 Shady View Lane - Replace roof shingles.  Remove old shingles and install with Certainteed Landmark Max Def Resawn Shake

4. Courtesy letter for swing

5. Letter to homeowner did not get approval for shed

6. Requests from 2021 Inspection Findings - Approve or Disapprove of Violation

a. Violation # 11 –  Painting will be done week of July 16, 2021. Requesting a 10-week extension to replace garage door. Delay a result of supply delay with Garage Door, Ince.

b. Violation # 19  – Will Correct within 90 days

c. #2  – Corrected? Homeowner received 2020 violation for “driveway car & trailer” and marked as completed.

d. #3 – Requesting 90-day extension to repair shed roof

e. #21 – Requesting extension to repair fence by May 15, 2022
