2. Approval of meeting minutes from August 18, 2021

3. Approve or Disapprove Architectural Change Application

a. 19145 Heritage Hills Drive - Paint the stucco and header above front door white to match the rest of the trim. Replace the garage doors with white doors and paint brown trim around these doors to white. Garage doors will be standard white insulated steel doors with no windows.

4. Requests from 2021 Inspection Findings - Issues postponed from Aug. 4, 2021, meeting that require our attention following committee walk through and review

a. Violation #2021-19 – Remove clutter of stored material from carport – Homeowner stated it will be resolved by 9/1/2021

b. Violation 2021-1 – Repair leaning fence – No response

c. Violation 2021-4 – Repair fence falling on left side of house – No response

d. Violation 2021-5 – Repair, replace, or remove damaged fence – Extension expired

e. Violation 2021-12 – Remove grass growing in driveway – No response

5. 2021 Inspection – Courtesy letter – Next steps? – Continued discussion from July 7th meeting regarding committee follow up as outlined in the courtesy letter to homeowners
