a. 19028 Heritage Hills Drive – Paint trim on windows to match the current color of the garage which is green

b. 3337 Tanterra Circle – Replace fence along rear lot line with 6’ tall wood (pressure-treated pine)

c. 3409 Tanterra Circle – Replace fence along rear lot line with 6’ tall wood (pressure-treated pine)

d. 

5. Architectural Committee Mission, Charter, and Processes – Do we move forward with these initiatives or hold until committee meets with legal counsel to clarify  interpretations of the Declaration? Committee will vote on how to proceed.
