Approve or Disapprove Architectural Change Application

a.

2913 Vandever Street – Replace existing deck using the same footprint. The new deck will consist of half open and half covered porch. Materials used will match the house.

b.

3380 Tanterra Circle – Planning to build an addition on the rear of the home to replace existing deck. Facing the back of the house from the path, the addition will be on the right. The new addition will replace half of the existing deck connecting to back door. The other half of the deck will be a new deck built with trex composite wood. Addition will match the current house color and style of the siding, gutters, and windows.

18804 Tanterra Way – Request to install a 3-rail-split wood fence with black wire. The new fence will be located on the left side of the car port and back of car port, replacing the current a fence-like structure, as well as fencing on the right side of the house.
