a.
3400 Tanterra Circle – Removal from site of 16' fencing that runs parallel to walking path. Replace with new treated pine, split rail three rail fencing with wire. Includes one 42" wide single gate and one 4' wide single gate. New fence will line the parameter of backyard.
b.
10912 Heritage Hills Drive - Replace the medium brown vertical wooden Board & Batten Siding on house with Flagstone color, vinyl vertical Board & Batten Siding.
c.
19116 Heritage Hills Drive – Replace garage doors with black Raynor AP138 recessed ranch style steel doors.
