b) 3360 Goldmine Road – Replace existing horizontal siding using Greystone color, black architectural, covering under eaves with white vent panels, windows (same style) with white frames, sliding glass door (same style) front door gloss black, and paint bottom stucco with Behr “Iron Mountain”
