4. Approve or Disapprove Architectural Change Application

a. 19141 Heritage Hills Drive – Add room to the back of the house where the current patio resides.  Plan included with the request. Siding will match the current siding.

b. 19125 Alpenglow Lane - Replacement of front door and sidelights. ProVia Steel French Doors, mountain berry color. Color sample provided. 60" x 80" Normal Size 14" Sidelite Width with textured privacy glass. Unit Size: 92 5/8" x 81 11/16" No adjustments to the physical opening of current door and sidelights. Doors and sidelights to remain the same size as current. Replacement of side entrance door behind our fence. Again, no changes to side of door. Color to match front door, mountain berry on outside.
