a.
18737 Considine Drive –
i.
Install 12x16 shed in the backyard. Shed will be located inside the fence. Material and color will match the house. Shed will not be visible from the road. Shed image provided.
ii.
Glazing over top of current cement walkway that is located from the driveway to the front entrance of the house. Laying 20x20 flag stone on top of current walkway. Stone sample image provided. Replace rotted wood on house siding
b.
9 Heritage Hills Court - Replace all windows and patio door to white fiber glass - All size and style does not change - work expect to start mid-June.
c.
3028 Quail Hollow Terrace – Replace existing fence in same location. All pressure treated lumber. Fence layout drawing provided.
d.
I8652 Tanterra Way - Remove and replace existing driveway and culvert pipe. Requesting approval to widen the driveway, to permit two cars to park side by side at the end of the driveway by the house. This will entail widening the driveway by three feet where the driveway meets the street, increasing to widening it by eleven feet beside the carport. Received a county right-of-way permit for project. Request depicted drawing provided.
e.
18644 Tanterra Way – Replace rotted wood on house siding. Paint wood siding SW Honied White. Paint brick portion of house SW Vast Sky. Color samples provided.
f.
18636 Tanterra Way – Bump outside wall to expand living space and add an office. Drawings provided.
g.
18605 Heritage Hills Drive – Remove patio brick and replace with pavers. Color to match the house. Remove brick wall next to patio and replace with blocks or same color as patio in the back yard.
