SHOVELING REMINDER: Per County law, all homeowners or their tenants who have a public sidewalk on their property are responsible to clear the sidewalks to make passable for all pedestrian traffic within 24 hours after the cessation of an event. Also, please note that, by law, the County is responsible for snow removal, not our HOA - we are not allowed to do so. Thus, with the County’s first priority the main thoroughfares, snow removal on neighborhood side streets gets lowest priority (over main thoroughfares) - which is why it can often take a few days to get our streets cleared. We appreciate everyone's patience if your streets are not cleared as quickly as you would like.
