A completed application must be submitted for exterior modifications to homes or lots.
Mail completed application and all attachments, with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Modifications to your home or lot may require the issuance of a building permit by Montgomery County. Call 240-777-6370 (Department of Environmental Protection) for a building permit application. Issuance of a building permit is not a substitute for approval by the Architectural Committee.

Materials or uses prohibited by the Declaration of Covenants cannot usually be approved by the Architectural Committee.
