Residents are permitted to address the Board during the residents’ portion of the agenda and are asked to kindly limit their remarks to two (2) minutes per home.

Paving of Pool parking lot Contract – approval to transfer money to reserve fund to cover costs and approval of contract. Work to be performed end of March/beginning of April.
Complaint - Extension of time for resolution of order for 2021-006 (last hearing in 2021) was to be issued by CCOC by 4/30/22. Response just received. Board to review/discuss.

Notice is hereby given that portions of this meeting may be closed under the § 11B-111, (4) Of the Maryland Homeowners Association Act (MHAA), for the purposes of discussions involving (i) Discussion of matters pertaining to employees and personnel;(ii) Protection of the privacy or reputation of individuals in matters not related to the homeowners association's business;(iii) Consultation with legal counsel on legal matters;(iv) Consultation with staff personnel, consultants, attorneys, board members, or other persons in connection with pending or potential litigation or other legal matters;(v) Investigative proceedings concerning possible or actual criminal misconduct;(vi) Consideration of the terms or conditions of a business transaction in the negotiation stage if the disclosure could adversely affect the economic interests of the homeowners association;(vii) Compliance with a specific constitutional, statutory, or judicially imposed requirement protecting particular proceedings or matters from public disclosure; or(viii) Discussion of individual owner assessment accounts.
