Residents are invited to observe all portions of the Board of Directors meetings except those portions that are closed pursuant to Article 11b-111 of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.  Residents are permitted to address the Board during the residents’ portion of the agenda and are asked to kindly limit their remarks to two (2) minutes per home.

7.  NEW BUSINESS –

 

                         On December 8th Montgomery County Parks and Planning will hold a public hearing to ask for input from the community about the renovations taking place at Greenwood Local Park, which will renovate the existing playground, repurpose the existing courts, increase accessibility, and provide stormwater management upgrades.  In addition, the parking lot will be reconfigured, and new site furniture provided throughout the park. A virtual website link will be sent out by the County.
                         On December 8th Montgomery County Planning will also hold a public hearing for                                                              development of an office building on Hilltop behind the Gold’s Gym.                                                                                        www.montogomeryplanning.org/development

                         Nomination Committee meeting and call for nominations – reminder for 10/20 meeting at 7:00

 

                         Reminder for annual meeting at Greenwood ES on November 16th at 7:30
