18628 Queen Elizabeth Drive - Add a retaining wall and grade a portion of the backyard. Currently there is an out-of-use waterfall/pond type landscape in the back 1/4 of the yard. Request to add the retaining wall approx. 4 feet from the fence line and remove one tree to create a larger usable yard. Specs are as follows: Wall block: Nicolock Alta Pro Color: Granite City (Blue/Grey) Wall size: 85ft L x 18-42 inches H x 12 inches W

3377 Gold Mine Road – New roof, touch-up paint with same color, replace final fascia on garage to match existing fascia, replace dining room window with sliding door to match existing windows. Supporting documents provided.
