a.     

18805 Alpenglow Lane -- PAINT - Wood Siding: Benjamin Moore "Graphite" (1603) Stucco: Benjamin Moore "Revere Pewter" (HC-172) Trim & Garage Door: Sherwin Williams "Tricorn Black" (SW 6258)

18628 Queen Elizabeth Drive - Add a retaining wall and grade a portion of the backyard. Currently there is an out-of-use waterfall/pond type landscape in the back 1/4 of the yard. Request to add the retaining wall approx. 4 feet from the fence line and remove one tree to create a larger usable yard. Specs are as follows: Wall block: Nicolock Alta Pro Color: Granite City (Blue/Grey) Wall size: 85ft L x 18-42 inches H x 12 inches W

 

c.     

3409 Tanterra Circle - Install 72x80 in. sliding doors for access to the backyard from our dining room space. The sliding doors would replace the existing double pane windows.

2022 Annual Inspection –Landscaping Maintenance Inspection – Next steps

September edition of Tanterra Today has circulated

Confirm the homes included in the inspection results to see if changes have taken place before sending letters

Send the Courtesy letters following final review
