Board of Directors Meeting

ZOOM Meeting

 

Residents are invited to observe all portions of the Board of Directors meetings except those portions that are closed pursuant to Article 11b-111 of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.  Residents are permitted to address the Board during the residents’ portion of the agenda and are asked to kindly limit their remarks to two (2) minutes per home.

                        Pool - Wayne:  

                                    Swim/dive team bank account by S/D treasurer

                                    REPORT FROM POOL COMMITTEE – no Pool Committee meeting                                                   held during this last period.   

                                    Pool white coat installation in progress

 

                        Grounds – Peter

                                    No Grounds Committee Meeting held during this last period

                                    Working on costs for 10 year plan w/ Landscape Arch. – update?                                                    MOCO tree person did contact Peter and will follow-up with                                                           him as the main point of contact with hopes of a Spring planting.  

 

                        Tennis/Hockey/Pickleball - Jim Welch. 

No Tennis/Hockey/Pickleball Committee Mtg held during this last period.

Hockey rink remains closed due to COVID-19.  Note that number of cases in Montgomery County have been on the rise.  According to the MOCO COVID Dashboard, the number of cases (3 day rolling average) has doubled over the last 2 months.

Notice is hereby given that portions of this meeting may be closed under the § 11B-111, (4) Of the Maryland Homeowners Association Act (MHAA), for the purposes of discussions involving (i) Discussion of matters pertaining to employees and personnel;(ii) Protection of the privacy or reputation of individuals in matters not related to the homeowners association's business;(iii) Consultation with legal counsel on legal matters;(iv) Consultation with staff personnel, consultants, attorneys, board members, or other persons in connection with pending or potential litigation or other legal matters;(v) Investigative proceedings concerning possible or actual criminal misconduct;(vi) Consideration of the terms or conditions of a business transaction in the negotiation stage if the disclosure could adversely affect the economic interests of the homeowners association;(vii) Compliance with a specific constitutional, statutory, or judicially imposed requirement protecting particular proceedings or matters from public disclosure; or(viii) Discussion of individual owner assessment accounts.
