ZOOM Meeting

 

Residents are invited to observe all portions of the Board of Directors meetings except those portions that are closed pursuant to Article 11b-111 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.  Residents are permitted to address the Board during the residents’ portion of the agenda and are asked to kindly limit their remarks to two (2) minutes per home.

Pool Wayne/Dave: 

WSSC credit for septic system i.l.osanitary sewer

Swim/dive team bank account by S/D treasurer

All work required for pool opening has been performed with the exception of work normally performed by lifeguards 

Pool passed County Health Inspection

Resolution of associate member’s dues and refund if not open this year or open late

Grounds - Peter

Tennis/Hockey/Pickleball Jim Welch.  

Tennis/pickleball courts are open based on County opening their courts.  Hockey Rink remains locked in accordance with County Social Distancing requirement.

Architectural – Wayne, Jodie, Glen

Announcement of new membersfor committee will be delayed until after COVID-19

Inspections for 2020 still need to be performed.  These have been delayed until after COVID-19st.
