The following figures have been taken from MRIS, and reflect the current average, and median prices for homes in each of the following catgories:

1. Active Listings

2.  CNTG/KO .....Homes that have a "contingent contract" with a Kick-Out clause, i.e. contingent on the sale of the purchasers home.  Homes in this catagory, continue to be shown and seller's may accept another offer. The second contract may kick-out  the first contract after proper notice and conditions are  met.

3. CNTG/ NO KO... Home in this catagory have a contract that are contingent upon any of the following conditions: home inspections, review of master plans, review of HOA documents, or preliminary financing approval.

4. CONTRACT...  All conditional contingencies have been met or removed and the property is scheduled to settle.

5. SOLD...   The property has settled and ownership is transferred to the new owner.
